  1. If the new operator is a natural person:
    1. a copy of their identity card
    2. a photo
  2. If the new operator is a legal entity:
    1. a copy of the identity card of the managers or directors
    2. a photo
  3. If the new concern is not operated by the applicant:
    1. a copy of the operator’s identity card
    2. a photo of both the applicant and the operator
  4. A copy of the company’s articles of association, as published in the Belgian Official Gazette.
