In 2012, Wallonia set up an EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) programme with BNP Paribas Fortis and ING (co-arrangers).
This programme contributes to increase Wallonia's visibility on financial markets, to have rapid and continuous access to the capital markets and to broaden its investor base via standard European-type documentation.
A programme supplement, dated March 1st, 2021, increased the value to EUR 20 billion, with the last annual update done on May 20th, 2021.
Besides the two co-arrangers, the other dealers on this programme are : Barclay's, Belfius Bank, CBC Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC France, KBC Bank, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Natixis.
